regulations required new houses to match the neighbouring properties.
One way that this was achieved was by a hand cut roof design.
The attic was used as a third floor. All modern
safety requirements were adhered to in the design so that fire
doors are used throughout together with escape windows and fire
alarms.
The property consists of living room, dinning
room, study and kitchen/breakfast room. A utility and games
room are also downstairs.

double garage can be seen.
The first floor consists of a master bedroom
with ensuite bathroom and dressing room. Two further bedrooms,
one with ensuite bathroom are also included along with a
family bathroom.
