A
conversion of a two bedroom, one bathroom house. We designed and
converted the property into three bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom
and another separate bathroom.
A new kitchen was installed together with a central
heating system. All construction and decoration work was in keeping
with the original structure.
Another example of a 4 bedroom new build
house, constructed on the site of an earlier, dilapidated
building that was demolished.
The style fits in well with the surrounding
properties which are early Victorian. The roof utilises
traditional handmade clay peg tiles which are found throughout
Essex.
